Clear Lets goes from strength to strength

The Clear Group are delighted to announce that we have now acquired Kingdom Letting Services based in Dunfermline, Fife and Guardian Property Lettings in Glasgow who will now join the Clear Group of companies under the management of Clear Lets.
The purchase of Fife’s largest and longest established letting agent Kingdom Letting Services has now further enhanced the Clear Lets brand as now the leading player in Fife for the lettings market.

Where other letting agents thought we would not survive any longer than 3 months, Clear Lets have now become the Number 1 player in the lettings market in Fife in little under 18 months, a major achievement in itself particularly given the fact we are in a recession.
Clear Lets will have our Glasgow South office fully operational by January 2010, further branches that are in the pipeline for 2010 include Ayr, Stirling, Livingston and a massive 3000 square feet flagship store in the West End of Glasgow.
