Off to A Flying Start

The Dunfermline Branch of Clear Lets opened its doors in the New Row towards the end of 2008 and Branch Manager Linda Wells has announced a healthy start to the year with a steady stream of landlords and tenants popping in to the new office.
We soon realised that there was a great deal of interest being shown in the premises because when we opened for business there certainly was a buzz of activity in the early days and of course word has now spread so our visitor rate has steadily increased with tenants looking for new homes and landlords wishing to talk to us about their lettings needs”.
The trend at present is that many would-be sellers are choosing to become landlords in the current market as record levels of demand for rented accommodation increases. Many potential homeowners are not prepared to purchase new homes because of the uncertainty within the market place within the current property climate so this is driving the lettings market to record levels.
