In the current climate the Property Letting sector is growing due to various factors within the economy. Everyone has to live somewhere, so those who cannot obtain a mortgage, as well as others who have their homes repossessed, become renters. And every cloud has a silver lining - canny landlords are already buying up repossessed properties at auction to expand their portfolios. Furthermore many owners who cannot sell are deciding to rent out their properties instead.
The majority of landlords have minimal or no experience, or indeed interest, in letting and managing their own properties. What they seek is an income and growth on their investment with the minimum of input. So they (very sensibly) rely on the services offered by Property Letting Agents. The Property Letting Agent’s role is to bring together the two parties – property owners (landlords), and people seeking somewhere to live (tenants), and then, usually, to 'manage' the tenanted property on behalf of the landlord. The property itself may be anything from a studio flat to a large detached villa.

Our Associates are an essential part of the process
- Finding potential landlords - since each associate is in business for themselves they develop a client bank and market themselves to gain new clients not only looking to become landlords but also tenants.
- Finding prospective properties - Identifying location hot spots and meeting the people of these communities to develop more listings.
- Marketing of properties - Utilising the tools that we have to offer exposing the property to more potential clients.
- Customer Management - ensuring consistent and ongoing information sharing with our landlords and tenants. One of the biggest complaints in this industry is that clients never hear from their Property Letting Agent. At Clear Lets we make sure that we are in regular contact with all our clients.
As our Clear Lets Associate you operate as a Self Employed Individual where you receive a commission only income at a high percentage. Our Clear Lets Associates can retain up to 60% of the income they generate. With this concept Clear Lets is looking to revolutionise the property lettings market.

The position offered is permanent and earning levels can be substantial for the correct individual.
The applicant must be highly organised, and ambitious with a can do attitude, have excellent sales skills, a first class communicator who is comfortable with a wide range of clients. Striving to exceed targets, a positive attitude and a drive to succeed are all essential attributes for this position. The applicant will possess a full driving licence, be computer literate and must have previous property lettings experience.
